in research studies pertaining to the academic achievement of young

| Examiner Qualifications |
Examiner needs to have some formal
training in administering and interpreting assessment instruments.
The procedures listed in the manual are probably all that is required
to ensure a proficient test administration. |

Takes approximately 10-30 minutes
depending on the child's age and ability. |

| Standardization Procedures |
Samples were taken on a random sample
of 1,355 children residing in 20 states. On some variables,
it was possible to compare percentages based on standardization
sample with those of the United States population. |

All correlations exceed .40 and are
significant beyond the .01 level. |
